Yoga for Runners

A Yoga workshop designed for runners to work on their flexibility, range of movement, injury prevention and rehabilitation and breath work.

Join Claudia Uffhaus (Yoga Instructor & trail runner) and Claire Batchelor (training Physio Therapist and Yoga Instructor) for this event to learn some basic principles as well as the nitty gritty anatomical understanding of the running body and mind.

The workshop includes:
9-11am Yoga Workshop (physical practice, discussions, lecture)
11-12pm Fresh Juice and post-run along the ocean side

Bring your running shoes and comfortable clothing (warm top incase of cold weather).
